To kick off this feature I'm starting with a Montreal band by the name of Plajia that I've been meaning to mention for awhile now. 

They have kinda a Radiohead-ish thing going on to their sound, which most people will find appealing. The songs are well crafted and definitely show off the bands depth of sound.
